Aproject manager is in charge of projects within the organization's product development process from kickoff to successful launch in a global team environment that consists of suppliers, customers and colleagues.
**What you´ll be doing **
- Achievement operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and follow up action plans to createproject deliverables.
- Definition of objectives and project goals, schedules and milestones, aswell as tracking and ensuring compliance with them in consideration of the development standards in the automotive sector (Core Tools) and other customer requirements.
- Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the production, productivity, quality, and customer-service expected standards.
- Manage new projects from conception to production release, coordinating the efforts of the cross functional project team and main contact person for each project status quo.
- Lead APQP (Advanced product quality planning), phases review activities and prepare reports as necessary on assigned projects and present to management.
- Actively manage stakeholder expectations, inform, and involve stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Commitment to standardize and strengthen a sustainable program/project process.
**What you bring
- Bachelor's degree (Electronics, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related field).
- 2 Years of experience in automotive industry or project management activities
- Project Management knowledge (Project management certification or equivalent is an advantage)
- Familiar with automotive electronics standards, quality management systems (IATF 16949) and Core Tools.
- Experience regarding procedures, planning, controlling and reporting as project team member.
- Well-structured work style, out-off the box thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, open and curious mindset.
- Proficiency with technical tools such as MS-Office and familiar with Agile methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish and English).
