Program Manager

**SUMMARY**Serve as PM for specific and general customer projects, including planning, development and management of quoting process. Direct and coordinate activities and exercise control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of the project. Handle all incoming quotes with delegation to specific personnel.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** include the following. OTHERS DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED.Be familiar with MRP- Ability to understand and perform technical research to produce accurate customer quotes for project scope- Must have excellent experience with administrative matters, management of operations and employees.- Maintain customer contact to ensure all requirements are being met.- Provide hands-on troubleshooting in the areas of project scope and other applicable areas of responsibilities.- Participate in team effort to evaluate and recommend specific project strategies- Manage customer margins.- Review On Time Delivery (OTD) ensuring dates are entered using the Availability Analysis (AA).**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four year college preferred, and/or five years related experience and/or training in Electronics and client relations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.**OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES**- Must be well organized, self-starter and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Bilingual (must)- Must be able to multitask, prioritize and adjust tasks in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities.- Team SpiritedMicrosoft Office experience (Advanced) Excel and PPAbility to commute/relocate:- Ciudad Juárez, Chih.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
