Ensure all deliverables, both internal and external, are executed on time and with quality.Company Expectation of Employee- Adheres to Company Policy and Procedures- Acts as a role model within and outside the Company- Performs duties as workload necessitates- Maintains a positive and respectful attitude- Communicates regularly with supervisor about departmental issues- Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload- Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position- Meets department productivity standardsEssential**Responsibilities**:- Lead the program team(s) and coordinate activities, including meeting with the customer on a regular basis, to ensure TENA is meeting all program deliverables and closing all open issues in a timely manner- Represent and support the program management functions in the effort to secure new business with all NA OEMs and Tier 1 customers by supporting the RFQ process for new business with Program Management input as required- Follow company (and ISO / IATF) standards, including compliance to processes, methods, and tools as specified in those standards for the entire APQP process and related tasks- Direct and coordinate activities of personnel involved with the APQP process from all functional groups- Follow all customer procedures for program launches and engineering changes- Maintain communication with customers at similar positions in order to obtain information related to specific part programs- Take leadership role in any part transfers or new model program launches- Advise upper management of any issues that may affect program timing requirementsAdditional**Responsibilities**:- Travel within the U.S., Mexico, and China- Other related responsibilities as necessary**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):- Experience, Education and Licensure- TS-16949 / ISO-14001- Prior wiring experience preferred- APQP experience- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel- Ability to work in a stressful time driven environmentLanguage Skills- Excellent communication skills, written as well as verbal- Public speaking- Ability to effectively prepare and present information to management, work groups and customers- Ability to analyze and interpret customer specifications and manuals**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Harness Industry: 3 years (preferred)- Arneses Automotices: 3 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Remotely:- No
