Job Purpose

Manage the program team for specified customer(s) and program(s).
Ensure all deliverables, both internal and external, are executed on time and with quality.

Essential

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the program team(s) and coordinate activities, including meeting with the customer on a regular basis, to ensure TENA is meeting all program deliverables and closing all open issues in a timely manner
- Represent and support the program management functions in the effort to secure new business with all NA OEMs and Tier 1 customers by supporting the RFQ process for new business with Program Management input as required
- Follow company (and ISO / IATF) standards, including compliance to processes, methods, and tools as specified in those standards for the entire APQP process and related tasks
- Direct and coordinate activities of personnel involved with the APQP process from all functional groups
- Follow all customer procedures for program launches and engineering changes
- Maintain communication with customers at similar positions in order to obtain information related to specific part programs
- Take leadership role in any part transfers or new model program launches
- Advise upper management of any issues that may affect program timing requirements
Additional

**Responsibilities**:

- Travel within the U.S., Mexico, and China
- Other related responsibilities as necessary

- Ability to effectively prepare and present information to management, work groups and customers
- Ability to analyze and interpret customer specifications and manuals

- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:

- Harness Industry: 3 years (preferred)
- Arneses Automotices: 3 years (required)
