Program Manager

The Program Manager, or Strategic Program Manager, oversees and coordinates different related projects in a company to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals.
Their main duties include organizing various programs and activities to improve company efficiencies, building long-term goals for company projects, and developing programs and project budgets.
This position reports directly to the Regional VP of Operations.Key Responsibilities:Evaluating and assessing the programs' strengths and weaknessesMonitoring projects and overseeing project managers to ensure goals are metMeeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goalsWorking with the operations and Business teams to improve strategiesCoordinating and managing equipment transfers between different locationsEnsuring all equipment transfers are completed efficiently and within budgetDeveloping and implementing procedures for equipment transfers to minimize downtime and disruptionsWhat will help you thrive in this role?Minimum of bachelor's degree in business management, engineering or project management or equivalent relevant experienceMinimum three (3) years' experience with managing programs of similar contextMinimum two (2) years' experience in a manufacturing environmentHigh-level management and leadership skillsAbility to schedule and manage tasks effectivelyConflict resolution and problem-solving skillsWritten and verbal communication skillsCost control and budgeting skillsTeamwork and motivational skillsOrganizational and multitasking skillsExperience in managing equipment transfers and logistics#J-18808-Ljbffr
