Position SummaryThe position involves the coordination and supervision of the internal execution of customer accounts or programs, managing all related information.
It oversees all needs to achieve compliance with the programs and negotiates possibilities that arise with the client.
Clearly and openly communicates the customer's needs and requirements, as well as the commitments to be fulfilled.
Accountable to senior management for the financial results of the program they lead.Purpose of the PositionManages and coordinates the departments involved in the fulfillment of the business program, also ensuring its profitability and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesInternal Execution of Customer Accounts: Demand loading, internal readiness for builds, and internal communication.Daily Shipment Tracking and Coordination: Communicates shipment details to customers.Material Planning: CTB report management, delivery planning, and shortage solutions.Customer Deliverables Internally: Managing DFM/DFT reports, customer reviews, and RMAs.Customer Claims Preparation: Documenting NREs, special charges, and PPV claims.Manufacturing Planning: Managing capacity requirements for manufacturing while working with the internal operations team.Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in engineering.Experience: 2+ years of relevant work experience in business development, product management, or related fields.Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, risk management, negotiation, focus on customer satisfaction, leadership, decision-making, values, and ethics.Knowledge: Microsoft Office, data analysis, budget management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
