Grow your career as a **Program Manager** within **Trisept Solutions**, one of our 14 industry-leading brands. In this role you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring and implementing programs run by the Project Management Office or department. Partners with other leaders and key stakeholders to locate opportunities and develop and prioritize programs/projects. Ensures all projects within the programs are delivered within defined scope, defined success criteria, are cost effective and on time. Applies best practices on important aspects of the project management process such as planning, scheduling, budget and risk assessment. Develops budgets and operating plans for programs and writes program funding proposals. Conducts and participates in key program meeting reviews. Participates in innovation and the technology evolution roadmap. Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal or external stakeholders.
**A successful Program Manager will**:
- Develop new programs and organize activities in accordance with the strategic direction, mission and goals of the organization. Design cross functional program teams, define roles, set clear expectations and hold members accountable to deliverables. Assign and monitor work of project teams providing technical and analytical support and direction. Interface with external partners/vendors as needed.
- Work with stakeholders on methods for prioritization, scope definition and other best practices. Ensure effective and transparent communication with stakeholders regarding project issues and decisions. Facilitate highly efficient program status meetings and key stakeholder reviews. Coordinate and deliver development of budget and operating plan for programs.
- Produce accurate and on time PMO scorecard and dashboards to report program/projects status. Communicate project status to varying audiences, from project team members to enterprise wide executive management, including milestones and realistic forecasts of final deliverables meeting or exceeding all project goals, objectives and timelines; responsible for accurate tracking and reporting of progress, issues, risks, and mitigation strategies according to the defined processes.
- Analyze business outcomes, interdependencies and risks to support recommendations. Proactively make decisions, manage scope, problem solve, and lead the team as the person ultimately responsible the program success. Elevate all critical issues and risks with suggested courses of action.
- Propose new initiatives that could help lower costs, improve customer satisfaction or work more efficiently. Participate actively in innovation and evolution of technology across the group. Provide continuous feedback for improvement of current processes acting as a champion agent of change.
- Ensure IT best practices and standard processes including IT general controls and other security, compliance or budgetary protocols are followed.
**A successful Program Manager will have**:
- 5 years PM related experience on IT Projects.
- Understanding and/or desire to learn hospitality industry and technology.
- Strong understanding of project management methodology and terminology.
- Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Knowledge in various software development life cycles ranging from agile/scrum to waterfall methodologies
- Project Management Certification (PMP / PMI or similar) preferred
- Certification or proficiency SmartSheet a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Proficiency in Project Management programs
- Strong communication skills with cross functional project teams, team workers, functional test team, sponsors, management, partners, vendors and users.
- Excellent public relationship skills with customers, co-workers & external partners.
