We're currently looking for an excited and talented Program Manager to help us push our organization forward by helping us in the following areas:

Provide leadership to achieve all defined goals and objectives in timely manner.

Ensure detailed achievement plans are in place for all major initiatives & projects to achieve business goals and objectives as they relate to your competency.
- 5.
Actively participate in managing the preparation of the site for customer, corporate and external quality audits and visits.
- 6.
Create and maintain a system that will allow you to track and measure progress on KPIs related to your competency and plant priority KPIs.
- 7.
Manage your resources according to budget and seek improvement in the overall cost structure of your competency.
- 8.
Provide training and career development and recognition to your team member when applicable.
- 9.
Keep your supervisor informed of progress on major issues/events at all time.
- 10.
Be aware of self management by attending meeting/CC, and meeting deliverables by specified deadline.
- 11.
Manage the core elements of change management process.
- 12.
Manage and lead New Launches according to well defined process.
- 13.
Participate and support lean transformation activities and workshops (Material flow, Indirect HCR, and inventory reduction).
- 14.
Ensure and drive full compliance to corporate procedures, systems and practices (B2B, PMA, QRCM, etc).
- 15.
Provide a detailed achievement plan for all new launches - Production Readiness Plan(PRP).
- 16.
Ensure the readiness of D4Ms(Project documents, Man, Machines, Materials Method).
- 17.
Conduct BOM reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- 18.
Conduct process capabilities to ensure new processes are ready and capable to produce good quality product.
- 19.
Conduct Running Rate 2months before SOP.
- 20.
Start Ensure process capabilities are conducted.
- 21.
Drive resolutions for major QDC issues.
- 22.
Manage customer communication to issue related to product launch.
- 23.
Participate in all production readiness meeting for your launches.
- 24.
Develop and maintain weekly build plan for all pre-production builds to ensure builds are done on time.
- 25.
Improve systemic issues threatening flawless launches.
- 26.
Drive efforts to optimize Launch Readiness per PML specific needs.
- 27.
Optimize key aspects of Launch Readiness Tools.
- 28.
Consider Minimum Requirements Before Scheduling Build standard.
- 29.
Expand Launch Readiness theater of operation (Standardization).
- 30.
Initiate and carry out at least one employee recognition or motivation activity per quarter.
- 31.
Launch all programs at metrics (Flawless Launch) including financial goals.
- 32.
Obtain and understand business case for each program.
Highlight and facilitate activity to resolve rofit degradation.
- 33.
Maintain a forecast of flawless launch status on programs.
- 34.
Facilitate training for Reynosa Operations including GDPIM, Launch, EC, and CM**Functional Area**
