**EXPERIENCE**:

- Facilitate and lead strategic initiatives dor new developments.
- Experience in customer specific requirements - Globally.
- Provide management and guidance to multi-functional project teams globally.
- provide and assist the Research and development group establish timeliness.
- Provife full accountability for project schedules, project management and performance requirement for enterprise level projects.
- Experience leading work groups in areas such as materials (customer service)
- Basic Engineering knowledge of new product desing development and/or quality in the automotive industry.
- Strong costumer service skills and ability to ptovide acurate and forthcoming information to customers.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- familiar with IATF 16949/ISO14001 standard and manufacturing tools; APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA and SPC.
- More than 10 years of experience.
