This includes driving business objectives, performing project and program reviews and driving continuous improvements for project execution.- Drive strategy deployment for the Segments' top growth initiatives and across multiple platforms.- Design, build and help deliver growth programs to support expansion of the company's Services, Products and Channels.- Ensure collaborative alignment of PMO strategy, objectives, and activities, through collaboration with other business functions and deliver on regional programs' performance objectives- Ensure project, program, portfolio risk and opportunity are identified, assessed, and led appropriately in addition to planning, monitoring/controlling, and reporting of project outcomes- Works with product marketing, sales, operations, supply chain, pricing, engineering, etc. to methodically and efficiently define project objectives, milestones, deliverables, success criteria and the RACI chart.- Initiates, identifies target projects for reviews, identifies and escalates issues, facilitates detailed reviews of project risk and drives mitigation actions.- Coordinate and deliver training as required by driving adoption of the process and an understanding of the tools.- Responsible for leading project and program reviews.- Work with Global Business Development and Marketing Leadership to build and supervise a pipeline of growth projects and assist in resourcing projects as well as establishing execution- You have:_- Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.- Master's degree is a plus.- 7 +years of relevant professional experience including project, program or portfolio management responsibilities.
