Company: Rieke LLCPrimary Location: - Circuito Corral de Piedras Manzana 1, Lote 16, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato 37888 MEXEmployment Type: Salaried | Full-TimeFunction: EngineeringEqual Opportunity Employer Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled**Main Duties & Responsibilities****Position Summary**:**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:- Exercise fundamental, sound program management techniques and workflow process when executing assigned projects.- Build project plans using MS Project and WBS structures, able to clearly outline objectives, timing and risks as well as revise plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.- Coordinate the overall planning for communication, project risk and change management.- Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.- Communicate effectively with project teams to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.- Ensure forms and records to document project activities are properly maintained.- Aid in the development of Program Management guidelines/processes.- Support training events on execution processes.- Act as a SME to other parts of the organization who need program management help or information.- Periodic travel may be required.- Other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, food science, marketing or other related discipline.- Formal certification in Project Management (from PMI or equivalent Project Management Association) a plus.- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a project manager, delivering medium to large, complex technical projects CPG or related industries, including expertise executing multiple projects simultaneously.- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, an ability to engage and create trust in others to build and foster team relationships.- Proven experience and a strong background successfully completing medium to large & complex projects on-time and within budget.- Experience in managing and driving change within a complex organization.- Advanced PC skills using Microsoft Office products and MS Project, able to generate graphs, presentations and charts.- Project and process management.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Lean/Six Sigma Project Leadership.- Lean Manufacturing.- Managing operational relationships with customers.- Interpersonal savvy with strong listening skills.- Should be innovative and have an entrepreneurial spirit and intellectual horsepower.- Ability to manage own time, organize and prioritize numerous activities under pressure to tight deadlines.- Highly motivated, has perseverance and tenacity.- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.- Fluently bilingual English & Spanish.
