**Main Duties & Responsibilities**

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Exercise fundamental, sound program management techniques and workflow process when executing assigned projects.
- Build project plans using MS Project and WBS structures, able to clearly outline objectives, timing and risks as well as revise plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Coordinate the overall planning for communication, project risk and change management.
- Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
- Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.
- Communicate effectively with project teams to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
- Ensure forms and records to document project activities are properly maintained.
- Aid in the development of Program Management guidelines/processes.
- Support training events on execution processes.
- Act as a SME to other parts of the organization who need program management help or information.
- Periodic travel may be required.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, food science, marketing or other related discipline.
- Formal certification in Project Management (from PMI or equivalent Project Management Association) a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years' experience as a project manager, delivering medium to large, complex technical projects CPG or related industries, including expertise executing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, positive attitude, an ability to engage and create trust in others to build and foster team relationships.
- Proven experience and a strong background successfully completing medium to large & complex projects on-time and within budget.
- Experience in managing and driving change within a complex organization.
- Advanced PC skills using Microsoft Office products and MS Project, able to generate graphs, presentations and charts.
- Project and process management.
