We are american company making of Metal Bellows, Metal Expansion Joints, and Flexible Metal Hose, manufacturer for the Industrial and Automotive Markets.We are looking for one more member of our team as Program Manager!- Program Management Duties:_- Lead Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) Team for the relevant program. Team members include representatives from the product engineering, process engineering, sales, purchasing, quality, and manufacturing/logistics departments.- Chair internal APQP meetings with support from all AQP team members.- Conduct all costing analysis and project initiation work to ensure new product strategy goals are met.- Manage program objectives including- financial constraints- correlation with customer timing,- functional design objectives, and- minimum acceptable quality levels.- Confers with engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, logistics, and sales to determine engineering and manufacturing feasibility and cost effectiveness. Assess human and development resources capacity relative to meeting program objectives. Informs management if resources are not adequate.- Creates and maintains overall program timing and budget. Directs and coordinates activities of personnel from all functions of the organization to ensure the project is on time and within budget. Provides updates to management at specified program milestones.- Performs costing analysis and coordinates the quote process to ensure timely response to the customer RFQ's.- Program Management contact with external customers. Coordinates customer program requirements to the relevant functions of the organization.- Responsible for attendance at all customer APQP meetings.- Ensure that all quality and cost objectives are met for the particular program.- Responsible for establishing prototype prices with approval from management and engineering such that the cost of prototyping can be recovered.- Manage the quotation-documentation-scheduling-packaging-order receipt-confirmation process for non-production material.- Lead the change management process utilizing the SAP system.- Manage all product development changes from concept to production.- Schedule and lead all non-production manufacturing plant trial runs.- Lead the document management process utilizing the SAP system.- Manage the prototype planning, scheduling, and build process.**Requirements**- Valid visa- Available to travel- Advanced english
