Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Program Manager located in Tijuana Campus.
Reporting to the Program Management Manager, this position will be focus on: Follow-up of production plans with the CFT, introduction of new products (PPAP, APQP) and daily attention to meetings.
What a typical day looks like:
- Organize, plan and direct program schedule and budget.
- Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.
- Coordinate with the CFT the actions necessary for compliance with the targets agreed with the customer (delivery, quality, testing, materials, processes, etc.).
- Provide support, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.
- Review program proposal or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allocation of available resources to various phases of program.
- Establish work plan and staffing for each phase of the program and arrange for recruitment or assignment of personnel.
- Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction and have responsibility for accounts of various complexities.
- Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
- Responsible for customer satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.
- Maintain current business and develop additional business with customers.
- Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met.
- Responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers.
- Oversees the Milestones and plan.
- Manage customer requests.
- Prioritize and coordinate CFT (Customer Focus Team) activities
- Aligns resources needed to accomplish the plan.
- Escalate with management any delays on the plan.
- Ensures quality and on-time response to Customer
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent English oral and written (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge in Health Solutions
- Demand planning MUST
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities.
- Demonstrable track record of managing cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
- Communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience and leadership of CFT
- Must be a self-starter with innovation, integrity, and attention to details.
- Experience with demanding customers.
- Strong and working knowledge on MS Office, MS Project, MRP and PLM.
