To be successful in this role you will possess:Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure programs, preferably in telecommunications or fibre deployment.Strong understanding of fibre rollout technologies, methodologies, and industry standards.Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and financial reporting.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in risk and issue management within large-scale programs.Demonstrated ability to solve problems and think like a leader, work independently and as part of a team, and learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
