Descripción y detalle de las actividadesProgram Manager serves as liaison to its customers through the establishment and monitoring of work plans and programs, providing the infrastructure and resources to guarantee for optimum service and customer satisfaction, including specialized personal attention, coordination of technical services of different support departments (HR, IT, Maintenance, Customs, EHS, etc.) and orientation according to the contractual terms of each customer. Monitors assigned manufacturing projects invoicing, as well as their financial results.Experiência y requisitos- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Master's is a plus -Fully bilingual -5+ yrs of experience in Manufacturing Ops: Startups Launch, Lean Mfg, QA, Production, Supply Chain, HR -Experience 5+ yrs of exposure to customer service -Leadership and negotiation skills -General knowledge of Customs Services, Billing, I.T.
