The P rogram Manager for Supplier Quality Product Development manages new, mid-cycle and carryover vehicle programs that are manufactured in North America( N.A.) and at an STELLANTIS affiliate facility located outside of the N.A. region. This position is responsible for ensuring key quality milestones/goals are met for all supplier components involved. The Program Manager will manage all aspects of the Advanced Supplier Quality functions as it pertains to STELLANTIS affiliate vehicle projects. This individual will work cross functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Purchasing through the full life cycle of components. This includes, but is not limited to early source package approvals, supplier eligibility, supplier selection, launch phase and into production.**Basic Qualifications**:Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical EngineeringBachelor's degree in aerospace, Aeronautical, Biomedical, Biomechanical, Bioengineering, Chemical, Materials, Metallurgical, or Mechatronics5 or more years of work experience in Supplier Quality, Product Quality, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related fieldAbility to travel up to 20% within the N.A. region and globally as requiredProficient in using Microsoft Office Suite software.Must have prog ram management work experience.Demonstrate skills in cross-cultural awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotia tion, and conflict resolution.Demonstrate ability to build credibility, establish rapport, and maintain communication with customers at multiple levels, including those external to the organization**Preferred Qualifications**:Master's degree, Green Belt or Black Belt skills/certification (Red X/Shainin) Quality certificationProven ability to manage multiple projects and tasksEffective written and verbal communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional teamCreative problem-solving ability and a results orientation, comfortable with complex technical analysisPrevious experience as a Supplier Quality and/or Product Design Responsible Lead Engineer.Our benefits reflects the FCA commitment to helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
