.**About the Role**The Growth Markets team is a new team within the Rides LatAm Marketplace organization, whose main objective is to expand and evolve key strategic initiatives to improve Uber's competitive position and Marketplace across long tail markets in LatAm, while improving Uber's sustainability model.As a Program Manager, you will drive the design, expansion and improvement of a diverse set of innovative Marketplace Products, working alongside the Marketplace teams, Global Product teams and key LatAm regional operations and cross-functional stakeholders. We're looking for someone with strong program/project management skills, superb problem solving skills, sound interpersonal skills, phenomenal partner management, and someone with the ability to navigate seamlessly between defining the high level strategy and developing detailed operational plans, while understanding the impact to our riders & drivers' needs.The role is open to someone located in Mexico or São Paulo and with an outstanding ability to work well with teams spread across multiple locations.- Lead new and existing Growth Markets' Products strategy, design, planning, expansion and improvement for LatAm to improve our competitive position- Define Products' go-to-market strategy with Products teams, local and cross functional teams, managing multiple tasks at the same time and aligning with different stakeholders- PM new products expansion and improvements' implementation. Drive accountability and transparency of progress against goals, surface gaps & opportunities, and prioritize actions to improve business results- Define, execute and monitor experiments for Products' expansion and improvement- Build and supervise key metrics to ensure product performance and efficiency of our Strategic Product tools, and support the decision making process with a data-driven approach- Document experiments and strategies, developing playbooks and guides for regionalization and scalability of the programs- Present Product insights to senior LatAm & Global leadership to drive business decisions and influence global product roadmaps- Build Relationships: Interface with other ops, cross-functional and tech areas (Finance, Product, Ops, Marketing, Support, Policy, Legal, Engineering, etc
