As the IDQ (Item Data Quality) Program Manager for the 3P (Third-Party) Mexico, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of selection quality for the MX marketplace. Reporting to the Head of Program, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving our IDQ strategies and processes across our expansive 3P seller network.This is a strategic, cross-functional role that requires deep expertise in item data management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive collaboration and alignment across multiple stakeholders. You will serve as the subject matter expert on IDQ for the 3P Mexico program, providing guidance and support to sellers while also working closely with internal teams such as catalog management, seller operations, and account management.Key job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive IDQ program for our 3P sellers in Mexico, driving improvements in product data quality, catalog accuracy, and operational efficiency.Collaborate closely with 3P sellers, internal subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and resolve item data quality issues, implementing corrective actions and process improvements.Analyze product data, seller performance, and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and use these insights to inform IDQ strategy and decision-making.Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the 3P Mexico IDQ program, setting targets and driving continuous improvement.Lead cross-functional teams to implement new IDQ initiatives, processes, and tools, ensuring smooth rollouts and adoption across the 3P seller network.Provide regular reporting and presentations to senior leadership on the performance and health of the 3P Mexico IDQ program.Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, regulations, and customer expectations, and incorporate these into the 3P Mexico IDQ program.Minimum Requirements4+ years of program or project management experience4+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience4+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experienceBachelor's degreeKnowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQLExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements4+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience4+ years of driving process improvements experienceExperience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organizationExperience building processes, project management, and schedules#J-18808-Ljbffr
