Program Manager Jr (Construction)

**Description**The role will manage and develop a new business startup in the Proptech and Construction industry. Typical duties for this position include testing functionality and detecting bugs to troubleshoot issues with the development team. Additional tasks include providing support and project oversight while keeping the key stakeholders within the company with updates.This role will work closely with the CEO and may progress into a managerial or executive position soon; willingness to learn and reduce the knowledge curve will be highly valued.**Responsibilities**- Develop new and improved process documentation as required by the business.- Manage and plan the project's development with the development team and product owners.- Monitor and control the quality of the work done by the tech team.- Keep in constant communication and update the development team and company stakeholders.- Test the functionality and quality of the platform.- Create documentation to help users understand how to use the platform effectively.- Optimize programs to be user-friendly, efficient, and effective.- Communicate with relevant departments to retrieve feedback from beta testers.**Requirements**:- Prior experience in the construction field is a must.- Passionate about creating solutions with startups and technology.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Exceptional presentation and reporting skills.- Strong research and analytical abilities.- Able to work efficiently with mínimal supervision.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $288,000.00 - $300,000.00 al añoHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoPuede trasladarse/mudarse:- Monterrey, N.
