Client: Our client is a cybersecurity company that offers various services (such as penetration testing, monitoring, security and compliance assessments, etc.) and operates worldwide. They have recently acquired various other companies and are in the process of unifying tools and processes among their recently bought business units.
- Responsibilities: Assess, define, and implement PMO processes, procedures, and reporting in alignment with industry best practices and audit requirements
- Assist in developing and managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Manage resource planning and monitoring across multiple global programs, with a focus on interdependencies
- Lead a team of PMOs to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop, implement, and maintain key PMO processes, reports, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Establish and maintain program delivery KPIs, performance metrics, and reports based on industry standards
- Ensure effective mechanisms are in place for planning, estimating, and scheduling tasks in the delivery pipeline
- Once processes are implemented, ensure adherence through appropriate monitoring systems
- Oversee the delivery pipeline, ensuring efficient planning, estimation, and scheduling
- Update and maintain project management documentation and processes in line with PMO best practices
- Implement tracking systems for key program delivery KPIs, benefits realization, and performance reporting
- Manage cross-program RAIDLL (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Lessons Learned) logs
- Provide regular communication and reporting to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the board
- Requirements: PMP, Scrum Master, or other PM certifications
- Experience in managing resource planning in technical organizations
- Strong experience with Jira and Confluence, using these tools to visualize delivery processes
- Experience working within SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Scrum, Agile)
- Extensive experience in Change Management
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Proactive leader with a drive to meet objectives
- Experience in capacity planning at a global scale, managing interdependencies across programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to achieve business goals
- Skilled facilitator of cross-functional collaboration

- Experience leading a team of PMOs
