**Program Manager**POSITION GOAL: Provide oversight and management of a comprehensive production preparation system that will be utilized to facilitate the introduction of new products and/or new processes that meet the quality, cost, and delivery expectations of our customers.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/FUNCTIONS- Align the APQP team to drive and meet customer timing and expectations including activities for prototypes, sample builds, and mass production ramp-up.- Promote the utilization of standard systems and tools for managing engineering change authorizations. (MOC)- Promote the utilization of standard systems and tools for managing pre-production material planning. (POR)- Facilitate regular communication with JJP PA regarding launch issues and follow-up.- Create and maintain project schedules and tracking documents.- Conduct formal APQP/20 Quality Gate reviews for each phase of a project.- Issue monthly production launch status reports including Open Issues list.- Provide customer documentation as required (surveys, capacity, schedules, project status).- Coordinate launch activities.- Plan and facilitate production launch meetings.- Ensure customer sample requirements are met and produced to the correct design level.- Assist with supplier development and direct material procurement.- Review and assist with the development of line layouts, process flow, capacity analysis, and equipment preparation with manufacturing engineering.- Understand the quality plan, review PFMEA & Control Plans, and follow-up improvement actions.- TECHNICAL COMPETENCES- APQP- Material analysis management- Managing of escalation process- Activity tracking and problem solving- Management and monitoring of MOCRR- Analysis and calculation of capacity- Financial profitability and the new launch program- Management and monitoring of NEW materials.- Monitor and improve the POR system.- Production process (machining and assembly)- Core Tools- English- SAPSKILLS SOFT- Analysis and solution of problems- Communication- Leadership- Negotiation- Customer orientationTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Estacionamiento gratuito- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPago complementario:- Bono anualExperiência:- Gerente de Calidad: 5 años (Obligatorio)- Industria Metalmecánica: 5 años (Obligatorio)
