The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, highly analytical, comfortable diving deep, and making data driven decisions with a strong business acumen. You must be able to handle competing priorities and manage stakeholders, setting up a roadmap for the topics you own and deliver on that roadmap. Your work will directly impact our ability to make data-driven decisions and drive the success of our business.Key job responsibilitiesWork closely with the team to understand business challenges and provide data/analysis for better decision making.Learn and understand a broad range of Amazon's data resources and know how, when, and which to use.Design and create the reports and metrics for tracking business and product success.Build self-service reporting platforms, establishing automated processes for large scale data analyzes.Understand and write high quality SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.Extract, Transform and Load data to build new reporting solutions.Manage the local data infrastructure, as well as work with Global teams to assure data is consistent and accurate.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical problems in simple plain stories.Automation of manual data processes, including data quality and validation.Ability to earn trust among widely differing stakeholders of different roles, responsibilities, geographical locations, and cultures.About the teamMX FBA Profit and Analytics team is responsible for ensuring our stakeholders and leaders have the data they need to make data-driven decisions and drive the success of our business in a profitable way. We serve the MX FBA team and work closely with many stakeholders, to ensure data accuracy and consistency across teams. In our team, a Program Manager is responsible for setting up the data roadmap, managing stakeholders, diving deep on data for that topic and designing and building Tables, KPIs, reports, dashboards and analysis to provide relevant insights
