Program Manager - Renewed Category, Marketplace Recruitment & DevThe Amazon Marketplace Mexico team is looking for a Senior Program Manager. Are you interested in designing and improving our Renewed Selection at Amazon Mexico and enhancing our Customers' Experience? Come work with us!As a Senior Program Manager, you will need to define and drive a product and feature roadmap that delights customers by improving the Renewed Category, assisting the recruitment teams in identifying the best Selling Partners, and collaborating with the Account Management team to help our Selling Partners grow and develop strategies for expanding the Selection in Mexico.Successful candidates will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and should be comfortable with inventing from scratch while considering the long-term potential of the program. In this position, you will be responsible for shaping, growing, and managing the overall program in Mexico, working with international teams to bring the best practices into Mexico. You will constantly need to look ahead and have the autonomy to outline the future of the Renewed program. This is a highly visible position where the candidate will interact at all levels of the Marketplace organization not only in Mexico and North America but also worldwide.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree8+ years of program or project management experience6+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teamsExperience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsKnowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.G., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)Advanced English - written and spoken6+ years of driving process improvements experienceMaster's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
