Program Manager -Renewed Category, Marketplace Recruitment & Dev

The Amazon Marketplace Mexico team is looking for a Senior Program Manager. Are you interested in designing and improving our Renewed Selection at Amazon Mexico and enhancing our Customers' Experience? Come work with us!As a Senior Product Manager, you will need to define and drive a product and feature roadmap that delights customers by improving the Renewed Category. You will help the recruitment teams identify the best Selling Partners and work with the Account Management team to assist our Selling Partners in growth and strategy development for expanding the Selection in Mexico.Successful candidates will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and should be comfortable with inventing from scratch while considering the long-term potential of the program. In this position, you will be responsible for shaping, growing, and managing the overall program in Mexico, collaborating with International teams to bring the best practices into the region. You will constantly need to look ahead and have the autonomy to outline the future of the Renewed program. This is a highly visible position where the candidate will interact at all levels of the Marketplace organization, not only in Mexico and North America but also Worldwide.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree8+ years of program or project management experience6+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teamsExperience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsKnowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.G., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)Advanced English - written and spoken6+ years of driving process improvements experienceMaster's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field#J-18808-Ljbffr
