This role will serve as reusable product management within ATS Go carts program, learning to create automated reporting, concise analysis, and communicating the daily path forward to internal and external partners.
Key areas of responsibility include execution of maintenance cycle transportation movements, researching and analyzing issues, participation in pilots, helping create methodology for the organization, and partnering with stakeholders to build tools and automate reporting. You will own the network ATS Go Carts procurement operation responsibilities, including forecasting, inventory management, and monitoring available Go cart stock to fulfill demand.
Key job responsibilities
Owning scheduling execution and coordination of reusable assets across the Mexico Gocart network.
Execute demand planning and execution support for overall real-time end-to-end completion on program objectives.
Identify regional opportunities and find regional or whole-business based solutions.
Work with remote partners across global stakeholders to understand current processes for the support of reusable goods and services.
Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to show performance and proactively identify risk in the supply of key Non-Inventory supplies.
Establishing effective vendor management processes to improve quality, optimize costs, mitigate risks, and drive innovation and collaboration.
Tracking program performance over time, by comparing key metrics and KPIs against established goals or benchmarks.
Create cost benefit analysis on a day-to-day basis.
About the team
The ATS Gocarts program manages the supply chain health and reverse logistic of the non-inventory operation of Gocarts.
We drive innovation in the strategic and operational uses assets pioneering advance reusable contenerization, introducing standardization and homogenization in process across Mexico's network creating a robust compendium of standards to educate and empower our stakeholders
ATS supports a wide-array of customers across FC, SC and AMZL in Mexico. We work with partners like ROC and Execution teams and deliver analytics to empower operational decision making.
Mexico City, DIF, MEX
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
