3+ years of program or project management experience

- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Amazon Mexico's Marketplace is looking for a talented Program Manager focusing on Tax Compliance projects impacting Seller experience.

This role will own both identifying and working with Amazon partner teams to comply with Tax requirements and improve the seller experience by reducing friction in selling on Amazon.

**Business Skills Needed**:

- A tenacious self-starter who can serve as a strong advocate for our sellers and our business
- Possess exceptional data and project management skills
- Capable of handling multiple projects at once amidst rapidly-changing priorities and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
- Ability to be successful both as an individual contributor and in a team environment, and also will be able to perform at both strategic and tactical levels
- Ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities, thrive on solving challenging problems and not afraid to challenge the status quo

Key job responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute initiatives to comply with Tax requirements and remove seller friction.
- Partner with technical and business teams to launch and automate new processes derived from Tax Compliance requirements.
- Drive system improvements within seller facing platforms.
- Analyze results, communicate learning upward, and use the data to drive future strategies.
- Set up performance management mechanisms and own multiple team KPIs for seller experience, developing strategy to drive results over short and long-term.

A day in the life
- Support development, testing and launch of new tax compliance products and projects in Latin America.
- Define and execute Seller communication strategy and content to address Tax Compliance requirements.
- Define and execute internal communication strategy for Account Management teams.
- Track progress on key metrics during and after implementation such as payment success rate, invoice success rate and sellers support & experience metrics.

- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
