PROGRAM MANAGER
**Requisitos**:
- Escolaridad: Ing. Industrial, Mecánica, Mecatrónica o a fin - Titulado
- Experiência +4 años en una posición similar dentro del área de proyectos.
- Inglés avanzado indispensable.
- Experiência previa en compañías de manufactura Electrónica - Automotriz. por lo menos de 2 años
- Disponibilidad para laborar en el parque industrial El Salto.

FUNCIONES:
1. Responsible as the main interlocutor / interface between the customer and IMI by handling RFQs if it's a new business/customer will go through BD
2. Facilitates executive level interaction between the company (sales), customer and factory (operations)
3. Responsible for the tasks to be performed according to procedures and manages changes accordingly thru ECN or EOL
4. Identifies and communicates hurdles to the successful completion of program milestones
5. Conducts risk analysis prior to project quotation
6. Responsible in managing and retaining customers, growing the sales volume through good customer service and making sure that the business/projects are profitable
7. Makes projections on the future of the project results and impact on the PnL of the business
8. Manages the NPI program proactively to ensure timing and objectives are met for all customer milestones in terms of quality, delivery, service and cost until stable mass production
9. Leads the program team comprising of production, quality, engineering, material personnel Ensures that efficiency, ramp up and scrap are aligned with the quote
10. Responsible for the financial expenses related to the project execution
11. Participates in the selection, order and implementation of the new equipment / tooling
12. Coordinates the product process definition
13. Achieve specified KPIS for the area.
