.Job Description SummaryProgram Manager – Supplier Transfers will serve as the leader for the PMO (Program Management Organization) for assigned supplier transfer projects. Key responsibilities include development of program plans including risk management plans & ensure flawless program execution complying with GEHC Quality Management System to ensure realization of program & business objectives in line with the SBU & sourcing strategy. This may include global program management responsibilities and managing multi SBU/region supplier transfers. As a Program Manager you will be required to communicate project execution status with key stakeholders in the business at a regular frequency.Lead and drive supplier transfer programs to meet program deliverables in compliance with GEHC Quality Management System. Responsible for managing all aspects of a supplier transfer project over the entire life of the project as shown by the following process groups: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing.Supporting ISC to drive Toyota model implementation in Best Cost country and identify GE Healthcare ISC strategies based on country/region technology expertise analysis.Working closely with global and region sourcing leaders to leverage Best Cost Country supplier to drive Material Cost Reduction (MCR), Interface with all areas affected by the project, ensuring successful integration of all project work products
