Our smart lab solutions make it faster and easier for our customers to focus on what matters most - delivering answers and innovations that save and improve lives.The position is responsible for successful implementation of an Integrated Planning System across the division manufacturing & distribution sites. The Project Manager will lead all aspects of the project: scope, functional requirements, schedule, finance, risk, quality, resources, external partners and consultants. This role requires influencing employees and leaders across multiple functional teams, setting deliverables, presenting with company executives, ensuring projects stay on track and on budget.**What will you do?**- Own and build project plans, including milestones, including seeking appropriate project resources.- Assist in the definition of project scope, technical requirement, goals and deliverables.- Lead external partners, consultants that may assist in the solution design and implementation- Supervise and report project progress to key partners, steering committees as needed.- Develop cross-functional leadership influence to empower team members while holding them accountable at various implementation sites and teams across the globe.- Identify and tackle potential risks and set in place mitigation plans across multiple projects.- Communicate and facilitate issue resolution.- Optimally run change and adoption of new tools and processes at each site- ** Travel: 25-50%; **Ability to travel globally up to 2weeks duration continuous****How will you get here?**- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or other business management field- 10+ years of supply chain management or supply chain project management experience, ideally within hi-tech manufacturing- PMP certification required- APICS certification preferred- Training in Lean Sigma/Six Sigma processes. Green or Black belt certification preferred.**Experience and Skills**- Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes, SIOP, Capacity analysis
