We are looking for a talented Program Manager for our SX Registration & Verification regional program. The Program manager will define strategies to enhance current registration and verification experience for sellers in Mexico and Brazil, be the main POC to multiple global stakeholders from multiple teams and improve high-impact seller-facing processes. The PM will also have a hands-on approach in driving improvements in seller experience, reducing friction and raising the bar in processes for verification. This role has a strong business component, with ownership of metrics, maintaining a consistent relation with stakeholder teams, and being the main POC for verification-related themes in the Amazon Marketplace Latam org. The candidate must be a strong leader, and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills to effectively drive business results and collaborate with local and global teams. The individual must have experience in program management, and must excel at building trust and driving urgency across other the organization. The Program manager must work well cross-functionally and culturally and will often present to senior leadership reports on progress and improvements.
