The Program Manager will define strategies to enhance the current registration and verification experience for sellers in Mexico and Brazil, be the main POC to global stakeholders from multiple teams, and improve high-impact seller-facing processes. The PM will also have a hands-on approach in driving improvements in seller experience, reducing friction, and raising the bar in processes for verification. This role has a strong business component, with ownership of metrics, maintaining a consistent relationship with stakeholder teams, and being the main POC for verification-related themes in the Amazon Marketplace LATAM organization.The candidate must be a strong leader and will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively drive business results and collaborate with local and global teams. The individual must have experience in program management and must excel at building trust and driving urgency across the organization.
