To that end, Amazon is seeking an exceptional Program Manager who will be part of a group that's defining and building value added products and service capabilities for Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to set them up for success and rapid growth. Value Added Services (VAS) are introduced to our partners with the objective of overcoming entry barriers to start a logistics delivery business with Amazon. We ensure that DSPs have an enriching operational experience by utilizing best-in-class services offered by Amazon selected vendors.Key job responsibilities- Create and drive VAS concepts on the basis of customer and market requirements to exceed industry standards in Mexico- Develop strong, value-add partnerships by managing 3rd party companies- Work with in country teams to create development plans for new product or service development, and execute project plans for the launch of new features, incorporating promotion strategies- Support world-wide program teams to implement the local VAS strategy and ensure services are provided in the right quality- Manage pilot projects to test new services and roll out services across the country to continuously improve our service offering- Act as the product owner for assigned categories, possessing a complete understanding of internal and external variables that impact the product. This includes owning forecasting, monitoring, driving changes to achieve business objectives- Have a thorough understanding of the product category, seasonality and continually monitor customers feedback and vendor's development- Be main Point of Contact (POC) in case of escalations and manage vendor relationships on an ongoing basis- Coordinate consolidated order execution and administrationMexico City, DIF, MEX- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
