**OVERVIEW**:- The Sales Programs/Project Management Associate Analyst team works closely with Sales teams to identify potential pipeline and territory gaps, and help to create and implement initiatives and programs aimed at getting results.
Our team blends strategy, operations, and data analysis to help Sales teams improve productivity and close deals.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:- Support Sales Program Manager in the execution and monitoring of sales programs across the Latin America region.- Create reports and dashboards to provide insights and assist in decision-making.- Help in updating the results of sales campaigns, ensuring that information is accurate and consistent.- Assist in communicating the results of sales programs, highlighting areas of success and finding opportunities for improvement.- Focus on data analysis to drive operational improvements and help sales teams optimize processes.- Collaborate with the global team to implement best practices and align regional processes with global standards.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Strong skills in data analysis with the ability to derive insights that help improve sales performance.- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with clear communication skills to interact with various departments.- Time management and the ability to consistently meet deadlines are highly valued skills.- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving operations and driving efficiency.- Entrepreneurial mentality, resilience, and a "getting things done" attitude in a fast-paced environment.- A genuine desire to learn and develop in a dynamic corporate environment.- Spanish and English are required, Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.- Passionate about Salesforce's mission and eager to contribute to the company's success
