Since 2009, we've supported more than 1,200 entrepreneurs by tailoring programs to their needs and connecting them with investors that match their vision.*About the 'Innovation for Social Resilience, LatAm' Program*The contractor is expected to provide support to Village Capital's regional team in Latin America on the execution of program deliverables for the* Innovation for Social Resilience LatAm* program.In collaboration with MetLife Foundation, Village Capital aims to deliver a program that will support impact-driven startups developing bold solutions that enable equity, democratize access, and strengthen communities and individuals in the face of climate change, inequality, and other challenges to individual and community wellbeing.*Expectations and Deliverables*Village Capital is seeking* a contractor **for the next **7 months **to provide support to Village Capital's **GVA - Latin America *team. The contractor will assist Village Capital in running its program, Innovation for Social Resilience: Supporting individual and community resilience in Latin America. Specifically, this role will be responsible for sourcing and administrating entrepreneurs, mentors and other stakeholders, planning virtual program events, and delivering direct and curated support to selected entrepreneurs.*Deliverables*The contractor will be responsible for delivering the following:*1. Problem Statement*- Develop and finalize a **_Problem Statement _**based on the partner's requirements and the team's vision for the program**2. Sourcing, due diligence and entrepreneur onboarding**:- Conduct 15 semi-finalist diligence interviews- Source, engage and manage approximately 100 mentors and investors for the program- Finalize the selection process by confirming a cohort of 8-10 resilience startups and onboard them to the program**3. Development of Briefing Book and Program Final Report**:- Draft, prepare, finalize, and present the Briefing Book by the Selection Call- Develop and finalize a report with the program's results and lessons learned**4. Program Design and Implementation*****Prepare and customize a 4-week program that includes**:- 30-40 closed sessions with entrepreneurs- 4-6 sessions with mentors, and- 2 investor sessions- **Support the design and implementation of the mentioned program by; **:- creating the program classroom space,- setting up cohort accounts,- updating all program materials to reflect the program dates, list of selected companies, working groups, details of mentors/investors joining, relevant examples, and uploading them to the corresponding platform,- creating evaluation forms,- providing technical and organizational support in sessions,- facilitating program sessions**5
