Description:
The Program Support Specialist will work closely with all members of the Higher Ed team in order to fulfill programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Assist with creating and maintaining on-line registration platforms
- Update APPs, vendor manager, and participant information (types, flights, personal info, etc)
- Complete bulk and manual registrations
- Prepare all program related final documentation for distribution to travelers
- Create orientation and marketing materials for clients
- Organize and manage individual travel requests including vouchers for confirmation
- Assist in the collection of outstanding individual payments from program participants
- Develop template itineraries for various destinations
- Assist with program pricing and proposals as needed
- Review, update, and send participant invoices
- Assist Global ExperiencesTeam with creation of documents and assistance as needed
- Assist Air team with CRM entries, double checking of names upon ticketing (quality control), and individual air PSA.
- Platform support: CRM, GIS, GRS integration assistance
- Complete other general administrative tasks including, but not limited to: mailing, phone calls, and data entry projects
- Fulfill other projects as assigned by the management team
**Requirements**:
- Basic Microsoft office proficiencies including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong teamwork skills; proactively seek out ways to add value
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and to prioritize in order to complete several projects
- Capacity to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization details
- Interest in global education with a basic knowledge of world markets, capital cities, languages spoken and currencies
- Bachelor's Degree Desired
