About the Role As a Software Engineer II, you will perform research, design, and software development tasks in a specific functional area. You will learn new technologies and contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for designing, implementing, and testing software solutions. This ensures they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices and standards. Responsibilities Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of moderately complex system components. Complete simple bug fixes and resolve technical issues. Work closely with other members of the development team to understand product requirements and translate them into software designs. Operate in various development environments (Kanban and Scrum) while collaborating with key stakeholders. Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to continually improve software development processes. Write clean and efficient code using software development best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 1 year of experience in object-oriented development languages such as .Net (C#) Or, high school diploma with 3 years of professional experience* Basic knowledge of software development methodologies (Kanban and Scrum). Advanced English – Essential Ability to partner with and lead internal and external technology resources to solve complex business needs.
