**Education**: Bachelor's Degree : Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business or a related field.
**Experience**:

- English skills for verbal/written communication required.
- Microsoft.NET development required.
- Experience with SVN and GIT.
**Knowledge**:

- Write maintainable code
- Anticipate failures

**Skills**:

- English language (self sufficient on writing and reading, reporting status and attending/hosting meetings).
- Ability to:

- be consistent on every deliverable
- accurate estimation
- empathize with the user's requirement
- know when and how to help others
- handle escalations
- prioritize their work

**Responsibilities**:

- Work and be part of a cross-functional agile team wearing multiple hats (Programmer, Architect, Tester, DevOps) to deliver value throughout new components in a highly iterative fashion and involve close collaboration with product owners and other teams.
- Review software implementation specifications and implemented code to create test cases, test scripts, and test data, establishing traceability and coverage between the test assets.
- Provides environment support, code support, refactoring, and troubleshooting on production customer environments - resolving technical issues/ error messages encountered in live production/environments.
