**SUMMARY**- Manage the day to day operations of a Software Development Team- Mentoring and training for Software development teams.- Ensures quality of development by closely monitoring programming standards are being adhered to by staff.- Researches and designs solutions to issues reported by the business.***RESPONSIBILITIES**- Development Duties as required; ensures production systems are adequately monitored for performance issues, scheduling and recovery.- Ensures quality of development by closely monitoring programming standards are being adhered to by staff - including coding standards, change process and documentation.Meet with Users to discuss problems and negotiate prioritization of problems based on financial impact to the business and alignment with strategic direction.**REQUIREMENTS**- Level of formal education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.- Area of study: Computer Science- Years of experience: Five to seven years.- Type of experience: Project management, personnel management, software development- Special certifications or technical skills: Agile development, C#, Java, HTTP Protocol, XML, HTML, CSS; JavaScript, MySQL, Version Control, Virtual Enviroment- Other/preferred: Angular.Js, JQuery, JSON, Boostrap, Spring
