We have an exciting opportunity for you!We are looking for a programmer auxiliary to join our planning team, based in Tetla – Mexico.Main responsibilities:Ensure compliance with the requirements, standards, policies, and procedures of the ISO 9001, TL 9000, 5S, LEAN, and SIGMA SOS system, monitoring and promoting their application and observance throughout the company, in order to align all activities with its organizational culture.Monitor compliance with the agreed date in the production orders, controlling their progress, and in case of deviations, suggest actions to the Production Planning Coordinator to avoid incurring unfulfilled orders and fines.Verify and work together with Process Engineering to ensure that the necessary technical information for manufacturing orders is correct before they are released to the Plant (RF master for labeling, code activation, standard routes, and speeds).Conduct at least two walkthroughs per day in the Plant to monitor and detect deviations in compliance with the production schedule, and report any delays and reprocessing required via email.Actively participate in safety programs such as DDS, Face to Face, BBS, Safety Thursdays, Detection of potential risks, etc., to ensure the safety objective of zero incidents (Zero and more) within the company.Who are we looking for?YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 2 years in Production Planning and Scheduling and Inventory Management, MRP.SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Language: English.
