The Project Administrator will assist in coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring efficient communication within the project teams. This role is critical in facilitating the successful execution of projects and aligning them with organizational goals.Responsibilities:Assist project coordinator and project managers in the planning and execution of projects, including scheduling meetings, tracking project milestones, and managing deadlines.Maintain and organize project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and change requests. Ensure all documents are up-to-date and accessible.Support effective communication by distributing project updates and gathering feedback.Assist in collecting and analyzing project performance and quality data. Prepare regular reports on project status, risks, and resource utilization for management review.Identify opportunities for improving project processes and tools. Assist in implementing best practices within the PMO to enhance efficiency.Prepare materials for project meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items. Ensure that meetings are effectively documented, and outcomes are communicated.Effectively work multiple staffing requests simultaneously and accurately track demand status in workforce management systems. Administrator Staff Augmentation contracts/projects and resource placements under the guidance of the Resource Manager. Receive timecards and validate correctness with our clients.
