The Global Business Integration (GBI) Project Analyst will manage projects for Global New Accounts (GNA) & International Credit and Collections (ICC) organization.

The key objective of GBI team is to ensure seamless change for our GNA & ICC servicing colleagues who support Consumer, Small Business and Corporate Cardmember customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for leading end-to-end project management of different initiatives, including all project activities as feasibility analysis, risk assessments, cost benefits analysis, business requirement assessment, project plans, legal & compliance reviews, team meetings, status reports to senior management, project presentations, etc, and coordinating efforts across multiple teams and locations (LACC, APAC & EMEA). Collaboration and project management skills are essential to drive results and thrive throughout obstacles.
- Contribute to the analysis and delivery of major projects. Influence the management team to identify opportunities to improve processes and achieve project goals.
- Change management in a fast-moving environment.
- Maintain and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and other partners to share project data and deployment of best practices.
- Drive, plan and track implementations of processes, procedures and policies.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Strong relationship building skills with ability to effectively collaborate and influence across multiple business groups and functions to drive business decisions and meet shared goals.
- Strong Problem-solving skills. Analytical thinking.
- Must have ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in Spanish and English across different levels of the organization.
- Collaborate across multiple teams and lines of business, ability to work with remote business partners globally.
- Ability to challenge status quo and influence without direct authority.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues to enhance and build upon ideas.
- Desire to work in a rapidly changing environment and deal with ambiguity and utilize change management principles to drive results.
- Ability to translate overall business vision and objectives into tactical strategies and executable plans.
- Proven Project Management skills, leading strategic & tactical projects.
- Experience in building strong collaboration, and successfully working within a matrix environment.
- Effective use of Microsoft tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Proven experience within areas such as Servicing, Program Management or Capabilities.
- Demonstrated project management, organization and planning skills, taking projects from planning and mobilization through execution and delivery.
- Proven ability to take complex information and translate it into clear communications.

Experience in developing cost-benefit analyses.
