The role:
The Project Analyst II works closely with other members of the project team, client, clinical/scientific teams, and internal and external clients and vendors for successful project execution.
Responsibilities: Facilitate relationship between MRT teams and Billing team (Main Point of Contact)Support MRT teams on billing aspects: answer questions regarding Pass-through cost, payments received from clients, online payments, provide guidelines internally, educate people when needed, etcSupport MRT billing: explanations about MRT specificities, update of existing trackers (credit notes and projects billing), etcIdentify improvement points and implement them + monitor the impactReconcile information between AP and AR when neededSupport when needed on Vendor forms completionProactively check unapplied receipts and apply necessary actions (contact clients/ make internal reviews) so that Finance team can allocate payments to corresponding, on a weekly basisChase clients based on MRT priorityMain Point of Contact for Credit Control team. If needed identify and forward to MRT teams when needLiaise with Credit control team to work on priorities, etcWhat you need: Bachelor's degree, ideally in financial/accounting field or equivalent experienceExcellent English communication skills.Analytic, problem-solving focusFocus on continuous improvementStrong Excel skillsTo effectively anticipate the needs and require minimal oversight/instruction for tasksWhat ICON can offer you:
