This is your chance to be part of a team that's shaping the future.The RoleKynetec is seeking a Project Analyst to join the customer insights team in Benito Juárez on a permanent basis.Key Responsibilities• Project preparation: Gathering statistical information from authorities and professional organisationsResearch on new products/expiring dates/market withdrawals/campaigns collecting catalogues and price lists from partners (producers and distributors)Preparing code listsTesting questionnaire scriptsIf pen and paper, writing specifications for punching masks• Supervision of fieldwork execution: Following up regular fieldwork reportsControl over the completed questionnaires, under supervisionProfessional supervision of the coding activityLearning to control final database (fieldwork final status)• Data control and data analysis: Taking part in control of data according to Kynetec standards and/or cleaningTaking part in instructing fieldwork team for complementary data collectionAnalysing market trendsProviding new insights for market data analysis• Delivery of results: Preparing PowerPoint reports according to Kynetec standardsKeeping updated on market conditions and trends to provide better insights to clientsFluent work with Explorer or other tools to support KAMs and PMs with additional analysisUpdating NetSuite as relevant• Company internal relationships: Regular participation in team meetings• Training sessions, seminars and professional events: Participation in local and international training sessions and seminars organised by the companyAbout You• Computer skills (MS Office, Internet, email), specifically intermediate level of Excel and PowerPoint• General knowledge of agricultural production and the agricultural market (desirable, not required)• Good knowledge of English (B1) (desirable, not required)• Teamwork skills• Analytic mindset• Multitasking• Working under time pressure• Flexibility and adaptability to work with different teams and perform various tasks.
