DNV is seeking a talented and motivated Project Analyst to join our SCPA Assurance Services team in Mexico. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our customers and the project analysts' team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and fostering exceptional client relationships.

This role will be based in our DNV office in Mexico City, Mexico. What You'll Do Managing project performance from kickoff to final delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables meet or exceed expectations.Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing project activities, and resolving issues effectively.Planning and organizing schedules across multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.Monitoring and reporting project KPIs and milestones, providing insights for continuous improvement.Conducting planning processes in line with project specifications and internal requirements, maintaining high-quality customer journey and CRM system data flow.Collaborating closely with sales teams to prepare consultants for upcoming projects and managing scope or agreement changes as needed.Additional responsibilities may be assigned as required.Only resumes submitted in English will be considered for this position.

What is Required A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration or relevant field.Minimum experience of 2 years'Proven experience in project management, including scope, deadlines, and financial performance.Experience building and maintaining customer relationships with a positive, service-oriented approach.Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage complex project schedules.Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.Proficiency in business intelligence tools, CRM systems, and common IT programs such as Oracle, Power BI, Loop, MS Office, and Outlook.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on constructive and solution-oriented work.Strong ambition, a high sense of responsibility, and attention to detail.Awareness of HSE, ESG, and safety culture topics is desirable.Pre-employment background screening will be conducted.Note: Immigration-related employment benefits, for example visa sponsorship, are not available for this position.
