International food packaging company is looking for you:
Project and Automation Engineer

Responsible for the specification, installation, and commissioning of production equipment and machines. Preparation of Capex for local investments.

Planning and execution of machine improvements in order to improve the quality and efficiency of production machines. Analyzing IBA Charts, DSP, and malfunctions in order to identify the root cause and to carry out corrective measures, with the purpose of minimizing the downtime and prolonging the useful life of the assets.

Principals:

- Creating local specifications for machines and production equipment
- Planning and execution of local Projects (Costs, Timelines, Milestones, Resources etc.)
- Supervising machines and equipment installation, preparation of SAT Reports
- Developing projects for the improvement of equipment and machines.
- Maintain and improve production quality and recording systems (IACC, IAFS, DSP, IBA)
- Daily review and analysis of the events related to production equipment, seeking to identify the root causes and implement corrective measures.
- Carrying out analyses by using Programmable Logic Controller software (PLC) and other automation tools provided by the company.

Monitor the KPI´s of the area (safety, quality, delivery, costs).

**Requirements**:
Technical Engineering Degree in the following fields (electrical, electronics or mechatronics, control and automation)

3-5 years of experience leading projects

Bilingual

PMP or agil is a plus

packaging or food industry experience
