Project and Development Director, Real Estate Development Firm, Mexico City, MexicoAbout our clientWe are currently working with a new real estate development firm in Mexico that has an exciting new opening for a Project and Development Director. You will have the opportunity to lead and manage projects end to end, from initial project planning through to execution and delivery. The position is based in Mexico City.What the job involvesDesign the operational business plan for projects under development and new acquisitions, evaluating their technical feasibility.Ensure compliance of projects' development with the operational P&L.Manage the entitlement process (licenses, permits, etc.).Design and implement the project planning strategy.Coordinate the design process among engineers, architects and other professionals.Ensure quality, sustainability and operational excellence for the projects.Select and oversee construction contractors and/or subcontractors.Collaborate on the product, marketing and sales strategy.Manage the delivery, legal requirements and post-sale services.Who we are looking forSolid experience in real estate development, experience in managing projects from end to end is necessary.Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.Knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, Revit, and other systems for design and project management.Strong communication, problem solving skills and proactiveness.Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks under pressure.#J-18808-Ljbffr
