Project Assistant

**Work under project management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Oversee small parts of the larger project and are primarily responsible for administrative tasks.

****Responsibilities**:- Ensure the project is progressing as it should be.- Monitor progress.- Coordinate meetings.- Support project manager.- Coordinate schedule.- Reporting the current state of the project/technical team- Assists in preparing project specifications, production of technical reports, and others.- Assist in the preparation of proposals and tracks them (technical team)- Prepares what is needed for purchases.- Coordinate hotels and follow up.- Coordinate manlift requests and follow up.- Request site access.- KPIs check.- Customer contact follow-up.
