Ensure successful and high-quality service delivery by effectively supporting business with global projects.- Mexico - Querétaro, MX- Professionals- Full-time**—** Your Benefits **—****:- Buddy program- Internal career development- International environment- Job with purpose- Mobile working- Trusted working hours**Your skills**:- Proficient in English- Organizational skills- Proficient with Office tools (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)- Time Management- Analytical skills**Your Tasks**:- Support with tasks for partner management such as onboarding partners, supporting with questions, helping with billing reports, communication with partners and dispatchers for tickets.- Review reports out of internal and external data sources.- Coordinate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.- Maintain project documentation (e.G. Technician run book, process manuals, project site list and user list)- On- and off-board technicians, including account administration.- Distribute Newsletter and Updates and communicate standards, processes & updates to respective project members.- Provide administrative support to the project as required.**Be part of us**:Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
