As we continue to expand our global operations, our established and highly active Project Management team is now seeking a Project Associate Intern.
As a Project Associate Intern you will support our Project Delivery team while developing and understanding of project management related functions, documents and tracking tools essential to all aspects of managing clinical studies.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with a Functional Manager and Project Associate team on multiple projects ensuring that project deliverables are completed in accordance with expectations
- Facilitating project team and meetings/teleconferences, e.g. scheduling, booking resources and preparing meeting materials, agendas and meeting minutes
- Developing and maintaining project plans, project tracking and generating project status reports
- Working with a Functional Manager and Project Associate team to understand and assist with
Project Associated Related Tasks:
- Generating and maintaining project specific documents, e.g. project specific training plan, organizational charts, contact lists, newsletters
- Coordinating clinical project specific tasks, training setup and assignment of this to team members through internal systems
- Managing and developing reports for different teams and departments.
- Maintaining and creating process documentation in Departmental tools, e.g. PR Wiki, trackers

- 0 - 2 Years of related experience
- Availability to attend a 10 week internship - 100% Office Based Location: Benito Juarez / Mexico City
- Currently in second, third or last year of university preferably in Engineering, Business, Life/Health Science.
- Interest in Project Management in the CRO Industry
- Good knowledge on Microsoft apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook)
- You will be a strong communicator and have the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with strong attention to detail
